This is a meta view of Psychedelic Dancing as Exercise. In the post we suggest that if you are watching a Zen Mix of Psychedelic Dancing as Exercise then why not push back your chair and dance to it! You can even push back your chair to this one again featuring the music of Caribou – as it shows the last episode as an example.

Get dancing people! Loosen up – no steps to follow – you can’t go wrong and it feels great – puts you in touch with your body and nobody has to know! Unless… you start vlogging it with Zen Mix!

Broadly, the point is that dancing is a good way to get exercise – it is a little more interesting than a repetitive motion like jumping jacks.

The point of this specific post was to encourage people watching these “psychedelic dancing as exercise” vlogs to get out of the chair as they are watching them and actually dance. My guess is that most people sit and watch. So if you actually do dance, leave a comment saying that you danced 😉

A sub message was that if you don’t like the music or the way I am dancing, it does not mean that the idea is bad – you can dance your own way to your own music. Just note though that psychedelic dancing has a lot of advantages. It is less of an impact and more of a graceful easing into a change of direction. It also is free form so encourages avoiding repetition which helps keep interest and also test more muscles.

Happy to answer any questions or help out with a clarification 😉 Thanks for the comment!

    Dan
